Assistant Manager - Training - Passenger Revenue Accounting - BPO (3-10 yrs)
A leading BPO is hiring for Assistant Manager- Training / Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA) Specialist for Mumbai -
Responsibilities-
Observe and review training delivery and coach Trainers on the same
- Manage and supervise a team of six to ten Training Specialists
- Provide tech-related coaching in aspects of conformance to curriculum and content delivery methods
- Assess, analyze, and monitor participation and class performance as measured by KPIs
- Prepare regular, accurate, and meaningful internal and external reports related to training
- Plan and plot for resources
- Prepare analysis and action plans to improve training delivery
- Develop training for all aspects of client projects including soft skills and technical skills
- Participate in routine client interaction
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any field
- IATA (Basic) qualification
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic typing skills (30 wpm)
- Knowledge in IATA, ATPCO, and CRS
