Assistant Manager - Training - NGO (5-10 yrs)
We have an opportunity for the position of Assistant Manager - Training with one of our client in Gumla, Jharkhand.

Job description
- Create training content that includes all areas of practice i.e technical, business economics and marketing, business model, leadership, community aspects
- Design, develop, build, maintain and operate training infrastructure
- Develop and update training methods, pedagogy, content
- Be responsible for the administration of the Training Hub
- Build rapport with trainees and encourage them to learn new skills
- Order training supplies and materials to enhance instruction program
- Research curriculum actively and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry
- Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve
- Measure employees- and trainees- information retention rates by developing assessment tests and quizzes on course materials
- Create printed and instructional materials to be used in training
- Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees
- Schedule and conduct meetings with management to proactively identify topics to be address or areas in need of additional instruction
- Developing marketing materials to be distributed promoting the course and necessary details
- Assist in planning, creating and implementing each year's training courses and materials for each function internally and replicating organizations
Eligibility :
- B Sc / B. Tech (Electrical / Mechanical) with MBA
- Previous experience working in a Training role is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
- Experience providing full-scope training materials, from analyzing company needs to lesson planning, development and implementation
- Extensive knowledge of best practices in creating instructional materials
- Experience creating yearly training plans and materials for all departments
- Ability to translate concepts in training
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
