Assistant Manager - Training - F&B

Salary Offered : 8-15 LPA

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Training Process Implementation

- Conduct orientation sessions, CRT and other methods of learning.

- Delivery & MIS report

- Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, services/features and hours of operation

- Attend F&B Meetings, F&B Outlets shift briefings and staff communication meetings to discuss training and quality updates

- On-Job Training & Evaluations

- Training Need Identification

- Training Effectiveness Mapping

- Training Reward & Recognition
