Duties and Responsibilities:

- Meet the targets set for the region.

- Build relations with store managers, floor managers, and counter sales staff.

- Ensure adequate retail presence, availability of supply and effective implementation of programmes in the region

- Training of counter sales staff.

- In-store branding roll out of brand campaigns across all authorized retailer stores in the region.

- Responsible for building trade relations with retailers pertaining to the markets/retailers handled by him/her.

- Ensuring optimum stock levels, stock composition and drive retail sales growth at the store level

- Implementing in-store VM and enhance platinum visibility across the store

- Motivating retailers and the sales staff to maximize sales and that they achieve their monthly and yearly retail targets

- To share market feedback on best sellers and analyze fast selling designs / product concepts for all the markets.

- To consolidate retail sales data of stores

Requirement:

Education: MBA/PG in Marketing

Experience:

- The candidate should have about 4 - 6 years experience in sales and marketing / retail operations / retail marketing function in consumer marketing and branding in the Luxury, high-end lifestyle, premium retail or FMCG sectors.

- Good appreciation of the retail / merchandising and manufacturing industry

- Marketing execution experience.

- Sound knowledge of developing business plans and the planning process

- Experience of working with senior executives / management team in providing professional and sound advice

Personal Attributes Required:

- Well organized, able to prioritize effectively to achieve business deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail, follows tasks through to completion.
