1. Maintenance of the trading system

1. Verify and update the market parameters for the day.

2. Morning checks related to trading system

3. Verifying the master database to avoid any overnight changes in them.

2. Master update and verification

1. Identify the impact of system/ regulatory changes on daily trading activities.

2. Update the system following a pre-approved checklist for the regular activities.

3. Update the regular checklist with additional parameters in case of any special activity.

3. MIS and data dissemination

1. Prepare periodic / end of day MIS to be sent it to seniors

2. Disseminate end of the day trading data on the NSE website for the reference of members/ data vendors/ other NSE departments/ regulators/ General public

4. Message broadcast and Member queries

1. Broadcast any corporate actions/ policy changes for the information of members and general public

2. Reply to member queries and escalate whenever needed.

5. EOD Activities

1. Run the batches for master database update.

2. Update and verify the master database as per checklist.

3. Provide system file to member for initiating the next day trading

4. Make trading environment ready for the next trading day

6. Documentation

1. Verification of documentation submitted by members pertaining to the activities done in Trading department

2. In the case of deficiency, coordinate with members and ensuring completion of the documentation.

Require an MBA having 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Candidates from Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar would be preferred.
