Assistant Manager - Trade Finance @ Noida, India Our client is a large industrial house in Oil &amp; Gas domain and they would like to fill-up following position asap. Position : Assistant Manager - Trade Finance Location : Noida Education : Qualified CA/ Tier 1 MBA Experience : 4 to 7 Years of relevant experience with any large manufacturing organisation. Experience with a large industrial house in Oil &amp; Gas will be preferred. Compensation: Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Working Capital Management: To deal with banks for best loan facilities and managing the working capital. Submission of financial statements &amp; monthly debtors statements to banks and other financial documents for overall monitoring of Cash credit limits. Liasioning with Banks &amp; Financial Institutions for daily banking activities, working capital arrangement, Letter of Credit negotiation &amp; higher credit limits. Stock Audit. Negotiating Buyer's Credit, PCFC, Bill Discounting, LCs, BGs, etc. and to ensure timely issuance, amendment, closure and settlement of such trade products. 2. Ensure timely accounting of documents, receivables and payables management to optimize working capital and cash flows. Management of various statutory requirements as per RBI, AD, FEMA guidelines. Manage RBI approvals w.r.t. various treasury related matters. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) for Trade Finance desk and other treasury functions and keep them up-to-date.
