WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

- Ensuring that project/department milestones/goals are met. To oversee the business process in each city to ensure quality

- Setting up new reports and ensuring current reports are shared with the relevant stakeholders from time to time

- Analysing business reports for future plan and action points

- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Training teams to do tasks efficiently on day-to-day basis Drive ISO, six sigma, kaizen related projects and decisions Developing culture of data driven decisions

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING IN?

- Master's degree in BA/Operations or equivalent

- 2-3 years of experience as Operations Analyst or related work profile Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- Data analytics & excellent excel skills (visualisation - added advantage) Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 ( added advantage)
