Assistant Manager - Total Rewards & HR Analytics - Media - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (2-3 yrs)

Asst. Manager - Total rewards and Analytics

Media Organisation :

2 -3 years experience

- To support the deployment of Total Rewards Philosophy and Framework- to ensure attraction, motivation and retention of human capital.

- To assist in the design and deployment of HR Analytics function to convert Human capital data into actionable management information using adaptive (descriptive & predictive) analytical tools & techniques.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Total Rewards

a. Liaise with specialist firms such as Aon Hewitt, Towers Watson, Mercer etc. to conduct market assessments / benchmarking and compensation consulting in line with business needs, extract insight from benchmarking reports, analyze and interpret results and identify improvement opportunities and ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with compensation strategy.

b. To support creation of compensation review proposals, analyze market gaps and median movements, and act as an advisor to business units in compensation review decisions.

c. To assist the review and improvements to incentive plans based on market benchmarks and internal reward objectives and manage the payouts for all incentive schemes.

d. Network extensively and develop external market insights to strengthen our existing compensation programmes and practices, and launch new ones

e. Support creation of pay-ranges in alignment with Viacom18 Strategy and ensure the adherence by creating - Right Hiring- guidelines.

2. Capability Planning :

a. Assist in the Human Capability planning process and balance immediate tactical needs with a long-term outlook; Provide insights to support decision making on optimal organization make up and size in relation with business goals and external market.

b. To support the annual Human Capability planning process by collaborating & supporting the HR-Partners and CoE Leads across all human capital cost buckets, such as, headcount, compensation, talent & other HR programs and provide proactive visibility to cost & headcount run rates periodically.

3. Human Resource Analytics :

a. To assist in development and creation of predictive talent models & scenario planning models across the entire HR Value Chain by using analytics software and models

b. Collaborate and support the Human Resource CoE & HR Partners to help identify - unanticipated- findings and use data analysis to help influence key decisions, programs and processes.

c. To support the external benchmarking on key HR & Productivity Metrics through surveys, Market intelligence etc and derive inferences from the results.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 2-3 Years of experience in HR, preferably in Total Rewards Domain

- Bachelors in Engineering/Technology, Science, Business Administration

- Post Graduate with a specialization in Human Resources from a premier institute

- Programming & Statistical background will be a plus
