- The Technical Analysist will help in the refinement of business requirements and the translation to technologically implementable solutions. They will be responsible to gather feedback from the involved parties and combine it with usage/performance data to ensure programmes meet business needs.

Description

Key accountabilities:

- Perform exploratory analysis and document findings.

- Identify and create efficiencies for the programme (e.g., through automation, process improvement, etc.)

- Collaborate with the wider programme team in order to delivery technology solutions that meet business needs.

- Work closely with both development and data SME teams to ensure business requirements are reflective of the needs of the programme.

- Gather feedback from end users about the system usability and performance.

- Work with other team members within the UDL/BDL Factory to ensure that delivery work is understood in advance and delivered on time, in full.

Profile :

Experience and qualifications required:

Essential:

- Prior experience in an analyst role (business or technical) in a large global programme.

- Business acumen and customer-centric mindset.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a professional discipline.

- Deep understanding & experience of working in Agile/DevOps development lifecycle from conception to delivery in Information & Analytics area.

- Proficient in collaborating with business and data SMEs.

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and process quickly.

- Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail.

- Experience of working in a global IT organization with multi-sourced teams.

Desirable:

- Technical knowledge on Cloud based data and analytics tools and technologies, specifically Informatica C360 and Azure hosted Data Lake Solutions.

- Prior experience working with Databricks (preferably with the use of Python).

- Professional certification (Agile methodologies, PMI, ITIL, etc.) is a Plus.

- Domain expertise in Analytics and Data Lake Platform & Technologies.
