RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare month and quarterly performance report for (DC, DB and DS)

- Exposure to Global Capital Markets and working knowledge of various Asset Classes and Investment Strategies

- Analyze performance of different investment options and overall plan.

- Responsible for all performance management activities including supervision, goal setting, ongoing performance communication, employee engagement and development, review and mentoring.

- Ability to Prepare Investment Performance reports covering Asset Allocation, holdings and Portfolio Performance

REQUIREMENTS

- Post-graduation/ MBA in Finance or an equivalent degree from a reputed institute

- CFA Level 2 or 3 qualification is advantageous

- 5- 10 years of experience in Performance Reporting
