Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 1) GST: - Reconciliation of Invoice wise outward supplies and submission of GSTR1 return. - Review of ITC GLs to ensure Input tax credit is availed correctly.Payment and submission of GSTR3B return by 20th of every month. - Monthly reconciliation of ITC availed with the GSTR2-B in GST portal to ensure there is no mismatch between ITC claimed and the return submitted by vendors. Followup with vendors to ensure they submit and update their return if there is any mismatch. - Coordinate and submission of required inputs with GST auditor to ensure GST audit is done and annual return is submitted on time. - Work with Consultant and ensure implementation of changes in accounting process, if required, in line with the provisions in Act to avoid any non-compliance. 2) Income Tax: - Monthly reconciliation and deposit of Employee and vendor TDS and TCS in compliance with IT Act. Quarterly return submission and tracking of status and queries with Income Tax department. - Coordination for IT Assessment with IT department and responding their queries. - Filing of 15CA/ 15CB in coordination with Consultant for the payments related to Import of services. 3) Local body reporting - Quarterly &amp; Annual reporting of information related to factory operation with District Administration authority - Annual Survey of Industries &amp; Statistical Survey of India. 4) MCA and other compliances: Coordination with Legal/Secretarial department and submission of required inputs for MCA related reporting and compliances like, MSME, DPT3, etc. 5) Transfer Price Study - Input preparation and coordination with region Tax team and consultant for TP Study. 6) Liaising - Coordinate with Local body, GST and IT departments for Tax or other related queries and information. REPORTING/ SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS 1) Reports to Manager - Finance ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS (Internal &amp; External) 1) Co-ordination with Logistic, IT, HR and other departments within Plant and Regional Tax team to ensure compliance in plant. 2) Liaising with Government departments - Income Tax, GST and District authorities. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1) Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. CA/CMA Inter preferable 2) More than 5 Years- experience in the same domain 3) Exposure to MS-Office, and SAP ERP. Strong Communication &amp; Interpersonal skill, Salary offered: 10-11LPA
