Job Description:

- Conceptualizing, setting-up and deploying the Talent Management/ PMS new initiatives

- Design & execution of Talent Management roadmap

- Implemented performance management mechanism in the entire organization as part of the change management team

- Enabling functional capability development across levels by establishing and deploying a robust process for it.

- Identifying and implementing ways to embed the core values in the operating culture.

- Managed processes ranging from the deployment of PMS and talent management, workforce planning, driving employee engagement initiatives.
