1. New recruit - Joining & induction in the organization

2. Absorption/Confirmation/contract renewals of the employees

3. Transfer management- issuing TO orders issuance/ release/joining

4. Leave / attendance management

a. Approvals

b. Query Management

c. Stop Salary & Payroll inputs

5. Benefit management and approvals support for - Company Lease/ Mileage etc

a. Checking eligibility & Approving as BPHR

b. Guiding & query resolution

6. Supporting Performance Management Process

a. Mass Communication / Individual communication/Followup on life stages of PMS

b. Organising MVGs, Functional MVG - Finalising

c. Promotion interviews

d. Reward working/Checking

e. Release of promotion/increment letters

7. Medical support -AHC/ Insurance/Domiciliary etc

a. Mass/Individual Communication to staff on AHC/Insurance/Domicialiary

b. Help the employee avail these benefits

8. Separation management- F&F and other closure processes

a. Provide inputs to Payroll

b. Help employee complete formalities

9. Covid /Vaccination management

a. Mass/ individual communication

b. Providing support in organising Camps and support

c. COVID emergency supports

10. Background verification

a. Multiple Followup with SSC, staff, Cluster HR

b. Putting up recommendation for approval by Head-HR

11. Training & Development

a. Collecting nominations from IS for all training programs

b. Identifying training needs for target group

12. Event management- Birthday/LSA

a. Individual Communication

13. Support for Payroll processing

a. Providing inputs to payroll

b. Solving employee queries

14. Skills inventory- Easy Skills

a. Ensure implementation

b. Followup with staff and IS for completion
