The incumbent will work closely with Talent Acquisition Head and will play a- key role in managing Leadership Hiring-
- The incumbent will also be responsible to- help design, execute and govern Talent Acquisition COE initiatives
- Contributes to Resourcing strategy development and delivers operational support
- Provides operational support in the implementation of key elements of the HR calendar and leads on implementation of Resourcing projects and initiatives
- Provides expert advice, interpretation and guidance on policies, practices and processes to identified customer groups
- Implements specific initiatives which are Resourcing-led within the overall Global, Region and local HR roadmap
- Acts as a single point of contact for incoming CVs (F band and strategic resourcing)
- Builds understanding, skill-sets and competencies in Resourcing within the HR and Line Manager communities
- Support Leadership Hiring for business verticals by effectively interfacing with the relevant Stakeholders including but not limited to - Onshore business leaders, offshore business leaders,Clients HR team.
- Facilitate on time, cost effective and high quality delivery for resourcing.
- Facilitate regular and ad hoc updates (as required) for senior management on Leadership Hiring & COE activities
- Ensure 100% Compliance with all policies and zero observations in all processes and audit
- Individual Contributor Role. Manger of self.
- Exchange ideas and information effectively, to explain ideas and concepts in a concise and logical way
