Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - ITeS/BPO (7-12 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle complete recruitment process across different business verticals in the Center
- Foster the recruitment plans based on client businesses hiring needs by performing detailed analysis of market trends, lead generation, ROI, recruitment processing time, and short and long-term programs
- Identify and execute appropriate internal and external sourcing resources to attract suitable candidates
- Create effective relationships with new and existing recruitment agencies, evaluate search partners periodically and benchmark performance against company's recruitment needs. Ensure that vendor agreements are updated and renewed on time.
- Lead the implementation, delivery, and evolution of an external pipeline strategy to ensure an active candidate pipeline for a broad range of positions
- Manage all aspects of hiring till the successful on-boarding of the candidate
- Responsible for smooth execution of day to day recruitment related activities to ensure adherence and delivery against all Recruitment SLAs and compliance to processes
COMPLIANCE
- Awareness and implementation of ISO, ISMS and GRIC policies
- Adherence to the rules and regulations as outlined by the management
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
- MBA with minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in ITES/BPO industry preferable
