Job Description :

- Manage end to end complete hiring program, support in recruiting activities including CV screening, tele-interview and candidate management / Manpower Management / Team Management

- Strong multiple Stakeholder management for BFSI account

- Coordinate on various recruitment related tasks to ensure a smooth and on-time delivery, ability to drive the initiates in the absence of the reporting Manager

- Database Management

- Create ad-hoc metrics including monthly individual performance, regional KPI and hub dashboards

- Processing of TA contracts for RPO, agency, job boards and other recruitment related vendors, work with IMS team in annual evaluation and renewal tasks

- Excellent Presentation skills, and client partner relationship .
