- Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition, India and Hiring Managers to develop new and effective strategies geared towards attracting top talent and ensuring J&J is seen as an Employer of Choice
- Consult and build solid relationships with stakeholders in creating staffing plans, developing sourcing and interviewing strategies and implementing agreed action plans.
- Collaborate in creating staffing plans, develop strategies and implement action plans
- Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements
- Candidate relationship management by building positive candidate experience
- Stakeholder management by regular consulting with Hiring Managers, Business based HR
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Business, Marketplace, legal and recruitment trends
- Check professional references and drive other candidate due diligence activities in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures
- Manage the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner
- Ensure that internal roles between legal entities are calibrated and aligned, working closely with the relevant Total Rewards and HR communities
- Build effective sourcing strategies to ensure strong pipelines for all business areas.
- Deploy and use job appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview methodology
- Coach Hiring Managers or teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
