- Understand the hiring market and worked on candidate experience
- Independently worked on recruitment and ready to roll up the sleeves and work end to end independently (Individual Contributor role)
- Handled mid and junior level recruitment
- Understanding of sourcing portals (Naukri, LinkedIN, IIMJObs etc) and leveraged extensively to source and build brand on the portal
- Understanding and making recruitment reports (excel/power point)
- Understanding and achievements of recruitment KRA/KPIs
- Energetic and ready to work in a start-up environment
- Good communication skills
