1 each for Bangalore and Mumbai.
- Sourcing right talent from a diverse portfolio - job portals, campuses, talent partners etc. and developing these channels to optimize their productivity
- Forecast talent needs with hiring managers and optimize for hiring in advance as opposed to hiring re actively
- Do all of these while running a tight process that can handle scale without breaking
- Manage and execute end to end recruitment within the stipulated aggressive timelines
- Play an important role in managing recruiting activities and build influential candidate relationships.-
- Build the talent pipeline for the business to achieve the hiring targets within the standard timelines.-
- Demonstrate use of multiple channels in sourcing through networking, sourcing, direct approach, referrals, university relations, etc.
The ideal candidate must have :
- Hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.-
- Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with both internal / external stakeholders.-
- Flexibility and the ability to change direction quickly and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
-Should be intelligent and good communication
- Key role will be Talent acquisition for the portfolio companies and the investments team.
- Will be an individual contributor role. Roles to be closed by self and a combination of using search partners/vendors
- Has to be a good team player
- Reporting into - VP Talent Acquisition.
