Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Job Description:

1. Primary responsibility will be to manage the Talent Acquisition end to end, recruitment cost-effectively and attract great talent (Front Line Salesforce) for the organization

2. To Support Business Managers on their resource requirements in the General Managers- Cluster. Experience in bulk hiring in Front Line Sales (preferably in Insurance industry)

3. Experience in working closely with the leadership team including General Managers/ Regional Heads across the location

4. Strong understanding of processes, metrics and QTC model (Quality hire in required Time at Low Cost) Recruitment

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for Recruitment for respective regions end to end ( especially for Sales frontline and Branch Heads / Area Managers)

2. Ensuring engagement with Business and define the parameters for quality of hire and market mapping

3. Design and Establish sourcing and hiring plans ( includes the right mix of sourcing & selection methodologies, ) that determine the cost, productivity, timeliness of deliverables accounting for risk, manpower and market changes at hiring locations

4. A constant drive to strengthen and increase utilization and effectiveness of low-cost channels by constant efforts to utilize IJPs, Job Portals, Campus Recruitment, Headhunting, social media etc.

5. Vendor Management & Engagement

6. MIS - tracking and analysis to improve hiring efforts and TAT

7. Frontend all recruitment related audit activities. Ensure control and compliance mechanism on all recruitment related activities

8. Build market mapping from key players

10. Exposure to TA Analytics, predictive analysis desired
