Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - Financial Services (3-6 yrs)
Position: Asst Manager-Talent Acquisition (Leading Financial Services Co)
Role :
- Determine current staffing needs and forecasts
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Design, plan and execute selection process (conduct of interviews and screening calls, etc)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Support the hiring manager with market intelligence
- Working with hiring managers from multiple business units to close open requisitions within agreed to timelines
- Sourcing of suitable candidates through referrals, consultants and other sources
- As the Company's ambassador interact with potential candidates via multiple mediums to communicate corrent information of the role, organisation and fitment of the candidate
- Coordinate assessments, interviews, offer, pre-joining engagement till the candidate is on-boarded
- Proactively keeping all stakeholders informed on the progress of the mandates
Requirements:
- MBA
- 3-6 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition in the financial services Industry
