Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic candidate who can manage the entire Talent Acquisition Process with key skills involved Vendor Management and Internal Stakeholder Management.

Deliverables in TA capacity:

- Accountability of People Planning, Budgets & Talent Acquisition.

- Optimum usage of sourcing channels with an emphasis on cost effective methods

- Ability to assess the people through interview process.

- Partnering with the Business units in managing and supporting all manpower requirements; across departments as per SLA guidelines.

- Managing end to end lateral recruitment process; involved in sourcing, screening and selection until the point of on-boarding.

- Dealing with multiple recruitment vendors for Lateral hiring support and maintaining a strong professional connect with various internal/external stakeholders for smooth and quick delivery of recruitment process.

- TA Analytics, Weekly & monthly trackers of progress

- Partnering & coordinating with internal stakeholders

- Maintaining a strong professional connect with various internal/external stakeholders for smooth and quick delivery of recruitment process.
