Reporting to - Head Talent Acquisition

Location - Mumbai

About the role :

- The desired candidate will be a part of Talent Acquisition Team

- Managing talent acquisition - The role would involve 70 % Recruitments (Campus + lateral hiring as per organisation need + internship's)

- 30% HR operations

- Stakeholder management

- Data management

- Campus recruitments at top tier schools & coordination for the same

- Managing internship program

- Analysis & scrutinizing the data as an when required

- Streamlining the processes if required

- Vendor management

Candidate requirement :

- Any Graduate or MBA in HR

- Excellent communication skills

- At least 2 yrs of recruitment experience.
