Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition/Analytics - eCommerce (1-5 yrs)

TA+ TA transformation (someone who has worked on TA Transformation projects,Campus engagements,Social Media engagement and understand TA/Recruitment as well).

Be an integral part of the TA transformation journey, work on various market tools and understand technology in talent acquisition, suggest possible solutions to improve stakeholders experience across.

Key Responsibilities :

- Being able to work on end to end recruitment across

- Be able to have the ability to Direct Source on key assignment

- Maintain Cost Per Hire, SLA, Diversity Agenda on New Hires as per agreed standards

- Have an eye for details, innovation & be able to relate it to execution on ground

- Be able to work on data analytics in Talent Acquisition, draw inferences, collaborate across teams with related data & stich it up as relevant to TA

- Identify new partners, trends in the market

- Identify technology, organizations working on next-gen solutions in TA

- Support HR initiatives by consolidating data, performing in-depth analysis, summarizing results and key trends

- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

- Responsible for ensuring the data is accurate and for translating it in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

- Should have the knack of managing process improvements

Technical Expertise :

- Excellent Communicator & be able to comprehend

- Strong Presentation Skills.

- Knowledge of Power BI/ Tableau and Python /R / Hadoop. Certification in any of these technologies is added advantage.

- Knowledge of Cloud based systems such as Success Factors will be an added advantage
