Assistant Manager - Structured Finance - BFSI

We are looking for MBA Finance (From Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges) freshers/ 1-4 years experienced on Structured Finance - Asset Modeling, Cash Flow Projections.

- Strong understanding of Structured Finance Instruments

- Ability to quickly grasp information of various esoteric asset classes such as Aircraft Leasing, Music Publishing Royalty financing, Asset Based Lending etc.

- Ability to develop cashflow models for generating the required metrics under various scenarios.

- Strong communication skills with ability to write reports summarising the investment thesis for the deal

- Strong IT capabilities (e.g. Excel)

- Post-graduation/ MBA in Finance or an equivalent degree from a reputed institute

- CFA Level 2 or 3 qualification is advantageous

- Strong knowledge of various asset types like bonds, mortgages, sales and leaseback and factor affecting their cashflows

- Expertise in Excel and VBA

- 0- 2 years of experience in financial cashflows projection

- Attendance to detail, Strong analytical and problem solving skills
