Assistant Manager - Strategy & Operations - Retail (1-2 yrs)

Company Profile :

The company is a fast-growing multi-national firm providing merchandising solutions for retail customers and engaged in manufacturing & servicing of retail displays, shop fittings/ fixtures.

Qualifications :

- B. Tech Mechanical or IT or equivalent

- MBA Finance or equivalent

- 1-2 years- experience in analytics, budgeting, MIS, Strategic Projects, Management Consulting with exposure to Data Analytics

- Good Accounting understanding

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. (Local language will be added advantage)

- Strong coordination and management skills

- Polished Advanced Excel and Presentation Skills

- Strong analytical skills to distil key information from data

Responsibilities :

- Support strategic projects and programs, working cross-functionally to collect date related to problems, analyse, and develop solutions/ actionable recommendations/ results through a rigorous,data-driven process.

- Work with cross-functional team (Engineering, Sales, Projects, Production, Finance, IT) gain deep understanding of business to identify performance improvements areas.

- Support projects/ programs life cycle managing risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies, and milestones. Handle administrative and communication of strategic project to ensure clear and transparent communication with strong project management.

- Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required.

- Facilitate conversion by creating opportunities for synergies across the business ecosystem on topics such as developing business models, organizational design, and cross-functional initiatives to drive long term business sustainability.

- Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence.

- Develop environment to help structure the team's thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate

alignment.

- Manage centralize repository of processes and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective operations.

- Support ERP Implementation and maintain the records in the organisation's ERP system.

- Enable all responsible functions to work across process to encourage connection and collaboration, improving end to end processes, control, and governance to support a robust and repeatable process. Engage in transaction reviews and process gap preparations.

- Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

- Work on MIS, keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations as required by management.

- Work on exploring new markets and business models through industry trends, historical trends, forward looking forecasts, competitive assessment, etc. and build/evaluate recommendations for strategic growth and monetization.

- Support identification and implementation of new initiatives with key stakeholders to develop, champion, and launch new initiatives.

- Act and operate as an internal consultant, working directly with multiple stakeholders,

management, and various related departments be able to optimize team performance.

- Support strategic change and drive change management and business transformation efforts.
