Assistant Manager - Strategy & Business Planning - BPO (6-12 yrs)
Position : Assistant Manager OMP (Office of Managing Partner)
Location: Hyderabad
Exp : 6-12 Yrs
CTC : 11-20 LPA
Education : Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Skills :
- Strong skills in research and analysis (quantitative and qualitative) with a strategic bent of mind (ability to develop/ understand the big picture)
- Must have strong Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of econometric and statistical tools will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Builds and maintains strong relationship with senior executives
- Self-motivated, strong inter-personal skills and a good team player, preferably with experience working in virtual/global teams
- Have experience managing a team
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work on projects with senior executives in US and USI
- Program manage projects across operational effectiveness, talent strategy, innovation, and competitive intelligence
- Analyze data and trends in the marketplace that affect Deloitte USI's operations and recommend actions to the USI leadership to support strategic and operational decisions
- Program manage USI's strategic priorities implementation across FSS and at the USI level
- Coach junior OMP professionals and mentor cross-functional teams on projects
