As a part of their Operations team they are looking to identify a Assistant Manager - Strategic Research based out of Mumbai office.  Job Responsibility:-  Reporting to Manager - Strategic Research; you would be responsible to :-  - Conduct high quality research and deliver in depth insights on company/industry/region  - Perform data analysis and build relevant insights for the along with the research team for the key stakeholders  - Use tools and databases to retrieve information  - Work on large strategical projects and conducting various financial analysis, macro & micro economic analysis, company profiling, competitor benchmarking etc.  - Compose various industrial reports, information decks, newsletters, white papers etc.  The successful applicant:-  - Post graduate or graduate degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in secondary research in industry/ country/ business/ market/ financial research in Insurance/BFSI domain.  - High proficiency in advanced skills in MS office (excel preferred) and various databases like Bloomberg, Factiva, one source, etc.  - In depth knowledge of insurance markets globally  - Strong quantitative and analytical skills to translate data into meaningful insights  - Advanced skills in MS- Office and MS- Excel  - Exceptional communication, inter-personal and analytical skills  - Team handling capabilities and adaptability to fast changing environment  What's in for you-   - A Meritocratic culture with clear career progression.  - International Multicultural work environment with required exposure in the heart of the financial capital of the country.  Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
