A leading Consulting Firm is looking for Statutory Compliance- Assist Manager for Hyderabad.
Exp : 7 to 12yrs
Location : Hyderabad
CTC : 12.5 lakhs
Job Description :
- Must have operational knowledge of all laws applicable as a part of Statutory Compliances.
- Extensive understanding of Labor Law Compliance, policies, procedures and practices.
- Would manage a robust compliance process with a cross functional working group at PAN India level.
- Must have experience on conducting and closing Vendor Audit.
- Must have experience in maintenance of statutory records under different Acts as applicable at PAN India level.
- Ability to manage a variety of regulatory compliance, litigation, contracts, labor-related legal issues, with varying levels of complexity to successful completion.
- Monitors compliances, Track, Report and maintain Compliance Dashboard.
- Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements.
- Communication Excellent written, verbal analytical and communications skills required.
- In-depth knowledge of all Labour/Employment, Contractor/ Vendor Management and commercial/corporate laws.
