- Bachelor's/PG degree in math, finance, engineering, statistics, or related discipline - At least 1-2 years in the analytics space as an Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar roles - Proven analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases - Fundamental knowledge of Statistics and Machine Learning techniques - Fluency in Python or a similar modeling language, and proficiency in SQL - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Statistics or a related discipline (preferably IIT/NIT/BITS) - Atleast 1-2 years in the analytics space as a Data Scientist, or similar roles - Familiarity with PySpark and hands-on Python experience; Proficiency in SQL - Knowledge and direct experience on using machine learning to solve business problems - Experience in Asset Management or Banking domain - Experience in partnering with business owners to understand requirements and develop supporting analysis to solve business problems
