Assistant Manager/Specialist - Talent Acquisition - Healthcare

Mizizi Management System is hiring for an Asst. Manager - TA for one of their clients in the healthcare industry based out of Mumbai. The following are the requirement specifications:

Experience: 4+ years

Qualification: MBA

Location: Mumbai (Has to travel to H.O in Udaipur initially for few months)

- Skills: 80% Talent Acquisition (Non IT hiring) and 20% HR Operations

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Positive and proactive attitude

Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Is responsible for the entire gamut of the recruitment life cycle of the organization. 

- Developing hiring strategies.

- Preparation of MIS Reports. 

- Co-ordination with recruiting partners.
