JD:

1. Experience in campaign analytics (Email, DM, digital)

2. Borrower/customer/marketing strategy analytics experience in BFSI

3. Experience in SQL

4. Client facing role, requires strong communication skills

5. Independently drive the projects, team management/handling

6. Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment

Skills :

1. Customer acquisition, campaign analytics, customer analytics, customer segmentation, campaign management, customer loyalty etc. Understand business' needs and convert business problems into analytical problems and devise elegant solutions for effective implementation

2. Design, build and modify campaigns based on historical trends and implement relevant forecasted performance metrics across acquisition and portfolio

3. Recalibrate/ redevelop the campaign performance measures as and when needed

4. Measure the financial performance of acquisition campaigns, portfolio campaigns, price testing and forecasting performance on current and future campaigns

5. Design and develop campaign reporting for key business stakeholders (Quarterly/Annual updates - Presentations)

6. Ongoing communication with the stakeholders based on campaign reviews gating process at the time of development

7. Responsible to create state of the art documentation process right from scoping out the business problem to analytical solution to implementation process.

8. Identify new opportunities to analyze/ model/ segment customer behavior that add value to bottom-line revenue/ enhance customer experience

9. Communicate analytical solution and financial benefits in a business language to the key stakeholders.
