Auditing skills, analytical skills (data & quality parameters), Laboratory management, food spoilage analysis, people management, food safety tool like HACCP & management systems tools like (ISO/BRC/TQM etc.), FS 22000, FSMS

Qualifications :

- Post-Graduation in any science stream/Food Technology/Food Science

Good communication skills in English written and verbal
