This will be a role in Strategy Consulting with a Global Management Consulting arm of a Big4 Consulting. This is a new team which will focus on assisting Global Stakeholders and manages front end Strategy Consulting assignments for the Global clients. This is not a backend Research role. The role will involve Global Travel sporadically, not extensively. - Support the delivery of strategy-related engagements with a focus in areas of business strategy formulation and planning, financial analysis, data analytics &amp; business case development, primary and secondary research, organization and operating model design, digital, innovation, rapid profit transformation, enterprise cost reduction, digital strategy formulation etc. - Exhibit a structured approach to a problem-solving and working knowledge of issues based consulting - Exhibit proficiency in responding to inbound research inquires for quick turnaround exploring and monitoring market trends - Contribute to proposal development and business development initiatives under direction of engagement teams - Manage Global client's Stakeholder - Focus on building capability in the team as well as building strong relationships across the spectrum of stakeholders Candidate Profile - MBA or equivalent (Post Graduate Diploma) from a top tier B-School/ or reputed university with a bachelor's degree in engineering or finance, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting. Sectors: FMCG, Retail, CPG, Consumer Durables, or related sectors - The candidate must have worked in strategic engagements either with corporate strategy teams or in consulting firms. Experience in client-facing consulting roles is not mandatory but highly desirable - The client is not seeking candidates with consulting experience only in Digital Transformation or IT consulting, thus, such candidates may refrain from applying. - Candidates with some experience in digital transformations as a part of their Consulting experience would work for the role.
