Assistant Manager/Senior Associate - Management Consulting

Job opening for the position of Management Consulting Mumbai

Consultancy in the area of strategy and operations:

- Corporate strategy assessment and development

- Business Process Transformation and Re-engineering

- Digital Strategy assessment and development including identification of automation opportunities

- Business processes assessment and optimization

- Business research and analysis

- Participation in client engagements, reporting to engagement managers;

- Preparation of underlying materials, proposals, approach notes

Required qualifications and Work Experience:

- University education (MBA/PGDBA/BE)

- 4-5 years of experience in the domain of management / strategy consulting/advisory with a leading consulting / business advisory firm.

- Logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks;

- Communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal);

- Advanced English communication skills;

- Advanced MS Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) ;

- Ability to work independently;

- Active approach to solving assigned tasks;

- Ability to work in a team and to work under stress;

- Diligence, punctuality, a systematic responsible approach;

- Willingness to invest time in its own knowledge and competencies.
