Senior Associate and Assistant Manager - Fp&amp;A - Revenue - Mumbai - Malad East Performance Management (Revenue) - Chartered Accountants - 2 - 8 yrs CTC: SA - (12 fixed lpa &amp; AM - 14 fixed lpa) + Variables Job Role: - Financial Planning, budgeting and variance analysis for the revenue side. - Business segmentation of revenue reporting in dedicated local and global reporting systems. - To provide Management and Financial accounting support - Provide analysis and reporting to management - Support to business line and regional performance management teams Key Responsibilities: Management Accounting &amp; Control Functions - Perform control checking between management accounting system &amp; accounting figures - Perform system adjustments for correct management reporting - Prepare monthly revenues (&amp; related indicators) management reporting to Head Office within pre-set deadlines - Provide support to regional PMs / Country PMs and Head Office Finance in analyzing business performance - Prepare reconciliation report between accounting and management results - Prepare budget and forecast - Provide analysis and response to questions raised by HO Finance / Regional Finance / internal management. - Answer various queries from Head Office Finance / Regional Finance / Local finance - Prepare US ExCo report for Revenue PMs - Provide supports on ad-hoc assignments instructed by superiors of the team. - Perform UAT on new system implementation and upgrade of petals systems. - Perform high-level reviews of monthly and quarterly reports, raising questions to the senior reporting analysts for further investigation. - Document and keep procedures for the production of all reporting tasks up-to-date. - Update and maintain static data (i.e. tables) for which the team is responsible - Support the team's tools / databases, as well as its reporting templates / models and macros - Assist in monthly system parameters checking. - Direct contribution to operational permanent control framework Education Background: Qualified Chartered Accountant Years of experience : 2 - 8 years financial experience - post qualification Technical knowledge &amp; Skills: - Banking and/or IFRS knowledge - Strong PC skill: good level in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Essbase knowledge would be beneficial Preferred Industry/domain experience: - Former experiences within a Finance function in Banking and Financial Services Behavioural Skills/Competencies: - English fluent - Good communication skill - Strong analytical mind - Team spirit - Hard working - Manages pressure and priorities during the closing process - Curiosity and open to other cultures - Strong Management skills
