Job Description :

- To prepare Security Services budget for the client for the agreed KPIs, periodically review, monitor and report on same.

- To ensure that all the renewable energy assets are compliant to all local Security regulations as well as Brookfield Security standards, including licenses, permits, consent to operate and such other requirements.

- To set up cadence, systems and processes to capture, record and on time reporting on security-related incidences and report them at an agreed frequency (including statutory reporting)

- To develop and build local level relations with law enforcement agencies and the local community. To maintain a general vigil of villages/area where assets are located and proactively take steps to maintain good community relations

- On time reporting of security incidents, conducting an investigation, taking immediate confinement actions, carry out RCA and CAPA and have it implemented within cost and time constraints.

- Ensure implementation of modern security practices such as CCTV / Motion / Heat Detection at the sites within cost and budget constraints

- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage security contracts for the safety of assets, including background checks of contractors- employees, processing monthly invoicing, ensuring compliance and handling any security issues at the site.

- Work in close coordination with Global HSSE, Field Service, Engineering and other teams to ensure highest possible HSSE standards at the assets sites.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
