Criteria : MBA/ PGDM in Sales/Marketing from any reputed institute. Experience : 8 to 10 year. Should be open for travelling need basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- To Coordinate with Existing Clients & distributors on regular basis to retain existing business as well as to generate new business
- Identify new markets and business opportunities & to update the latest changes in product trends / marketing trends and implement marketing strategies for the growth of the organization with the help of Marketing Manager & management
- To promote business of standard products mainly.
- To handle New Product development with the help of project management team
- Work closely with Marketing Manager & Management to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes.
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Review your own Sales performance and payment collections customer wise & submit that report to Marketing Manager on weekly/monthly basis
- Visit Existing & potential customers for business growth
- Effective closure of Sales deals with customer delight
- Drafting Action Plans for every External & Internal Marketing Activity
- Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contacts / meetings
- To collect customer feedback annually & escalate up-line in case of any complaints
- Quote price and lead times through coordination with plants, internal resources and use of pricing matrix. Follow up for orders, collection of payments, delivery schedule, closing orders with timely dispatches.
- Handling customers & distributors queries/ complaints & provide satisfactory feedback to them after liasoning with plant & management
- Any other responsibilities, if change time to time
