Assistant Manager- Sales & Marketing
Reports to Sr Manager - Sales & Mktg
Team Size 4 No. of Reportees NIL
Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position) :
a) Domestic sales responsibility for the allotted key accounts for catalysts (adsorbents), coating chemicals and organic chemicals.
b) Reporting to Sr Manager-Sales & Mktg
c) Sales forecasting and providing medium term sales outlook to HOD as & when required.
d) Meeting annual revenue targets, market penetration KRAs and planned business growth in key customer segments.
e) Organizing product trials for new & existing products and product approvals from clients.
f) Maintaining smooth relationships at operational levels at key customers and build client loyalty.
g) Interfacing with customers to provide timely after sales service support.
h) Monitoring competition, implementing sales strategies.
Competence (Skills, knowledge, experience and attributes required) :
Education B.E (Chemical):
- Work Experience 5-8 Years Exp. In Catalysts (adsorbents) sales but not mandatory; can be from another competitive selling field but definitely from the chemical industry, experience in tendering will be a definite advantage.
- Knowledge Tender-based business; exposure to core sales of adsorbents (not Mandatory);
