Responsibilities:
- Incumbent would be responsible for managing direct dealers, distributors
- Managing customer portfolio, identifying and planning new customers and executing the sales plan
- Will be monitoring the sales target against the agreed targets, identifying the improvement areas and take necessary remedial actions
- Taking customer feedback, identifying the future market trends and future penetration.
- Will manage volume, gross margin, channel activation and expansion.
