AM HR - Sales HRBP Role

Job Opening - North Region / West Region / East Reigon

Jb description :

1) We are hiring for North Region based Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida.

2) East Region based Kolkata.

3) West Region based Mumbai.

Education : Full time MBA from Tier 2 / Tier 2 MBA School.

Work Exp : 1yr to 6yrs

CTC : 12 to 15 Lakh (+1 for an exceptional good candidate).

Reporting : National HR Head (Sales)

Key Job requirements :

- We are hiring candidates from FMCG, Consumer, Pharma, Retail, Telecom and Banking & Insurance industries.

- Candidate MUST be in SALES Workforce handling role. Having Sales HRBP experience is mandatory.

- Candidate would be travelling with Sales team in the respective region.

Job Profile :

- Partner with regional sales teams to craft and effectively execute targeted HR interventions, people practices and talent strategies within the business units with a high degree of focus on scale and growth.

- Create effective communication mechanisms to connect with employees across their entire life cycle and address all types of employee queries and provide the desired support where needed.

- Develop action plans and processes to ensure that all employees are developed to their full potential and that employees' potential is identified, and development plans are in place.

- Serve as an internal consultant & provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR related matters, policies, and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- An MBA/ PGDM or equivalent post graduate degree preferably in Human Resource Management.

- Prior experience of working with sales teams especially in sales facing industry will be an added advantage

- Strong business and HR acumen, including thorough understanding of HR concepts and evolving HR practices.

- Strong bias for action, problem solving and ownership.

- Ability to constantly challenge the status quo and design innovative solutions to unique people challenges and changing business needs.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and partner across different levels of the organization to achieve results.
