Assistant Manager - Sales HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

Asst. Manager-Sales HR Business Partner (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role:

- The HR Business Partner shall work and partner with the sales force and manage the entire Employee HR lifecycle with the objective of developing, implementing and driving results aimed at increasing organizational effectiveness

- Responsible for the end to end life cycle management including capability building, improving organizational design and structure, talent management, employee engagement, strategic staffing, performance management for the sales and marketing functions

- Work with senior stakeholders as an HR business partner

- Pan India role

- Employee grievance handling

- Will also work on special projects in specialized areas of HR as and when required

Requirements:

- MBA (HR), preferably from a Tier I/ Tier II institute

- Should have 5-11 yrs of experience in business partnering the sales force in an MNC/ process oriented company

- In addition to HRBP experience, some additional experience in HR COE roles like Capability Building, Talent Management etc. will be a plus

- Good communication skills

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Maturity to deal with a diverse and dynamic sales and marketing workforce
