Job descriptions:
The RTR General Ledger Consolidation & Reporting Supervisor/Lead (Process Lead / Asst Manager) will be responsible for supervising a range of activities related to General Ledger in captive shared service environment which includes consolidation of financial along with other financial reporting, reporting activities performed during closing books, creating reports and providing the relevant information to the auditors and other parties to support compliance activities and etc.
Job roles include::
- Supervising a vertical within General Ledger like preparations of reports based on policies; Performing QA reviews and etc to ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Checking Accuracy & quality of data processed by associates for example Updating of templates and extracting relevant information from SAP and other systems. Providing final clearance and posting the reports.
- Supervising closure of G/L, performing post closure activities and closing and finalizing trail balance.
- Exception handling like adjustments based on standard exception scenario
- Supervising in Audit Pack creation and supporting in compliance activities
- Assisting in GL adjustments and notifying business based on review of trial balance by OpCos.
- Supervising consolidation of financial and non-financial information for Holcim reporting handling of tax templates etc.
- Well versed with various IFRS discloser requirements.
- Assisting the team lead in dispute and client query resolution, conducting root cause analysis, follow up etc
- Preparation of Statutory Financial Statements and notes of accounts as per prevailing GAAP requirement.
- Participating in continuous improvement projects within Shared services.
Desired attributes Must have Good to have
- Education CA/CMA (with core experience of reporting and console with 2-5 yrs
- Experience range (min - max) As above 7-8 yrs exp if not from core C&R
Skills required
- Required knowledge for tools/application used Financial consolidation module
- Any other preferred skills/certification IFRS or IND AS certification
- Whether team managing experience is a must NA
