- Evaluating clients' credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in signing PPA with them - Reviewing the clients against the Company's independent credit risk assessment framework to determine internal credit ratings for potential clients across Asia - Filling out credit assessment forms and including the credit analysis and PPA request summaries, then submitting these forms to management committees for their approval - Analyzing portfolio of solar power projects and using the data to recommend risk management plans - Reviewing the adequacy of the Company's independent credit risk assessment framework and making suitable changes in co-ordination with the risk committee members - Liaise with insurance companies for negotiating and purchasing project related insurance, receivables, indemnity and other corporate insurance covers. - Constructing and analyzing financial model.
