Should have strong understanding of audit procedures including defining Risk and Control Matrix (RCMs)  - Should have good understanding of the Finance & Accounting processes and associated risks- both operational and financial   - Managing the ongoing execution of the Risk and Control Self Assessment program, perform control testing (Design review/ Operating effectiveness), documenting test results and communicate audit results through written reports on a timely basis to the Audit Manager.   - Tracking performance of the audit procedures, this includes identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing evidences, demonstrate technical competence in related domain.  Candidate specs :   - Relevant experience in internal audits with a KPO or shared services.   - Strong understanding of F&A process   - Excellent Analytical Skills  - Ability to multi task  - Good communication Skills   - Local Candidates only.
