Assistant Manager - Revenue Assurance - eCommerce/Consulting Firm

We are looking for a Revenue Assurance Assistant Manager to drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in revenue recognition and reporting. The ideal candidate will establish frameworks to detect revenue leaks, optimize financial processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial and accounting principles within the e-commerce or consulting industry.

- Oversee the revenue assurance lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

- Maintain robust processes for revenue reporting, reconciliation, and audits to mitigate financial risks.

- Streamline revenue assurance workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cycle time.

- Implement scalable solutions and leverage automation to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Proven expertise in revenue assurance, financial reporting, and reconciliation.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, accounting standards, and risk management.

- Experience in identifying and resolving revenue discrepancies with a continuous improvement mindset.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach.

- CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or a related field preferred.
