About US : Our client is an Big4 consulting based out at Gurgaon.
Job Description/KRA :
- Performing Quality of earning analysis, Net Debt analysis and Working capital analysis.
- Preparation and review of due diligence reports.
- Analysis of Financial statements using ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, graphs, charts
- Assisting/ Preparing sections of due diligence reports based on various analysis of financial statement, management notes, due diligence conducted
Desired Candidate :
- CA/MBA with 2-5 Years of post qualification experience.
- Excellent analytical & number crunching skills.
- Good communication skill.
