We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager in the Resource Management team. Roles and responsibilities of AM includes:
- Day-to-day management and leadership: Providing line management to the KGS Resource Management team:
- People management - Giving direction to Team members on issues of regular working of the team; issue resolution;Conflict management; doing performance management of the team members
- Process management - Ensuring deliverables of the team reach the intended audience as per the highest quality standards and in a timely fashion. Maintaining right staffing levels by doing capacity planning and effective shifts management
- Stakeholder management - Handling escalations. Being the first port of call for day-to-day deliverables. Accountable for feedback for the team received from the onshore team
- Consistent & Quality Service Delivery: Responsible for delivering services such as Retain administrative support, reporting, adhoc requests etc. Internally quality check the deliverables to improve and maintain process quality
- Management Information: Maintain MI data for the processes and report it to the senior management and key stakeholders as and when needed
- Recruitment & managing career progression of team: Working together with the onshore stakeholders, senior management and HR recruitment teams to recruit, train and on-board new team members in accordance with the growth plans of the RM
- Business Development - Showcase RM capabilities to new geographies and find new scope of work within UK
Essential skills required
Education / professional qualifications
Post-Graduation, MBA in any stream
Prior Experience:
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a leading consulting firm. (e.g. other Big 4) will be preferred
