Purpose of position :

The role of a Reporting specialist is Build/Enhance/Automate reports based on the specifications from the business partners and distribute to business partner on agreed timeline and frequency. Also participate in global reporting projects.

Core Account abilities :

a. Reporting :

1. Build reports based on the specifications from the business partners.

2. Produce/distribute/automate recurring reports in an efficient and reliable way.

3. Enhance existing reports regularly based on users- feedback.

4. Participate in reporting projects

5. Exchange experiences and support other reporting specialists worldwide

Key Performance Indicators :

1. On time distribution of report with 100% accuracy as agreed with business partner.

Applicant Profile :

1. Bachelor Degree in Finance/Controlling or IT.

2. More than 3 years of working experience in reporting, preferably in a reporting factory or competence center

3. Experience in reporting, preferably in Logistics area

4. Strong technical and communication skills, self-driven, open-minded

5. English as a must

6. Expert in Excel/VBA

7. Technically savvy in standard Microsoft Windows applications

8. Experience/know-how of SAP R3/ByD, BW, SQL/HANA databases,

9. Curious and agile learner (act upon feedback, follow the technology trends in reporting)
