Role Requirements

- Responsible for cross selling of products with the existing clients and new business development.

- Retains and expands existing client relationships.

- Responsible for servicing clients.

- Responsible for preparing proposals for clients presentations and assisting the clients with roadshows.

- Co-ordination with Client SPOC, Insurers and TPA for routine policy administration and operational activities to ensure client coverage, customer support is not impacted

- Co-ordination with Internal Teams for meeting clients specific requirements of Consulting, Wellness, OPS and Placement.

- Responsible for Monthly/quarterly/Half yearly reviews with Decision Makers.

- Working with Operations teams to get all the bookings done in the system. .

- Validating that all policy documents and its wordings are in line with the RFP document shared with insurer for procuring their terms and quotes and are reaching the clients within agreed time period.

- Engage with clients with recent and latest regulatory changes, market developments which will be important and critical for addressing and accessing clients risk exposure.

- Booking and Invoicing of Business on Time.

- Renewal tracking and ensuring timely reminders are sent to the clients for premium payment to ensure insurance continuity.

- Providing continuous assistance to our clients with regard to any query related to claims.

Technical Skills

- MSOffice Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

General Skills

- Proven Leadership skill traits (elected leader in community, school & college). Background of having leadership role.

- Strong Analytical skills

- Attention to detail

- Good Networking skills and Relationship Management skills.

- Strong Communication / Presentation skills

Prior Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in insurance industry or TPA.

- Ability to manage diverse client Cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.

- Domain knowledge preferred.

Education/ Qualification

MBA from a reputed B - School/Post Graduate with industry experience in Insurance Sector
